Drew Bauer is a co-founder of Integrity Marketing Services and the owner of Eastside Kitchen & Bath. He co-founded Integrity after years of paying agencies that delivered reports but not results. When Matt Russell started working with his company, the difference was immediate. Drew saw the gap in the market and helped build the agency to fill it.

Drew and Zach Freimark were in construction and paying a lot of money to marketing agencies without seeing results. That gap became the foundation for Integrity Marketing.

Today Drew provides ongoing leadership guidance. His company, Eastside Kitchen & Bath, grew from roughly $1M to $5M in revenue with Integrity as their marketing partner. That result is not just a case study. It is proof that the agency works because one of its founders bet his own business on it.
