Leo Speaks
Leo joined Integrity in our company’s infancy fresh out of school. We didn’t have any sales process or much direction and the task of developing systems and processes was his first mission.
Leo has grown so much over the last few years and has become the face of Integrity. His work ethic and passion for helping people and solving problems has been critical to our success. Leo is a partner at Integrity and we value his positivity and purpose driven approach to life.

I value purpose above all and I take pride in being able to impact peoples lives. I am grateful to be in a position that gives me the opportunity to serve the Kirkland community and beyond. I am amazed at what we have accomplished the last few years and I am super excited about our future.
I went to Bellevue community college and after getting my associates degree still wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with my life. After a short time as a server at a Kirkland restaurant, I interviewed and accepted the job at Integrity. I have learned so much over the years and I know I am on the right path. In my personal life, I enjoying training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, spending time with family, friends and belly. I consider myself a top gamer although Matt says I’m “mid” at best.
