It Started with a Move, Not a Business Plan
I moved to Eagle, Idaho because the quality of life is hard to beat. The Boise foothills out my window. A 10-minute commute instead of an hour. Space for my family. I was not thinking about opening a marketing agency office when I packed the truck.
But I am a contractor by trade. I founded Freimark Construction here in Eagle, specializing in luxury home remodeling. Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, ADUs. I have spent 15 years in construction, including time as General Manager at Eastside Kitchen & Bath in the Seattle area before starting my own company.
So when I started meeting other contractors, roofers, HVAC techs, and remodelers in the Treasure Valley, the conversations always turned to the same thing: marketing. And what I heard was painfully familiar.
The Problem I Had Already Lived Through
"I am paying this agency $2,000 a month and I have no idea what they are doing."
"My website looks nice but nobody finds it."
"I tried Google Ads and burned through $5,000 with nothing to show for it."
I had said all of those things myself. So had Drew Bauer, another one of Integrity's co-founders, who also came from the construction industry. We both knew what it felt like to write checks to a marketing company and have no idea whether it was working.
That frustration is the reason Integrity Marketing exists. Matt Russell proved that digital marketing could actually deliver measurable results for service businesses. When Drew and I saw it working, the three of us built an agency around a simple idea: tell people the truth, show them the numbers, and do what you say you are going to do.
What I Noticed in the Treasure Valley
After a few months in Eagle, I saw something I did not expect. The Treasure Valley is one of the fastest-growing markets in the country. New subdivisions going up everywhere. Service businesses growing 20, 30, 40 percent year over year. The demand is there.
But the marketing infrastructure is not. Most of the contractors and service businesses I talked to either had no marketing strategy at all, or they were working with agencies that could not explain their own reports. A lot of business owners were relying entirely on word of mouth and hoping it would be enough.
In Seattle, the digital marketing space is crowded. Dozens of agencies fighting over the same keywords. Here in Idaho, many businesses have wide-open lanes online. A roofer who invests in SEO today can own the first page in their market within months. A plumber running well-built Google Ads can get leads at half the cost of what a Seattle plumber pays.
The opportunity is real. And it will not last forever. As more businesses figure this out, the window narrows.
Why a Contractor Running a Marketing Agency Matters
Here is what most marketing agencies do not understand about service businesses: your busy season is not a theory. When the phone rings, you need to answer it. When a campaign generates 40 leads in a week, your team needs to be ready to close them. When winter slows things down, you need to adjust spend, not keep burning cash.
I live this. I run Freimark Construction while co-founding Integrity Marketing. I am the client and the agency at the same time. When we build a website for a remodeler or set up a Google Ads campaign for an HVAC company, I am thinking about it from the business owner's side first.
Does the phone number work on mobile? Can a homeowner request a quote in under 30 seconds? Does the landing page answer the questions a customer actually asks before hiring a contractor? These details matter more than design awards.
Opening the Eagle Office
We opened the Eagle office because the Treasure Valley deserves the same quality of marketing that we have been delivering in Kirkland since 2018. Same team. Same tools. Same process. The only difference is the zip code.
Our Kirkland office has served over 100 clients across contractors, remodelers, roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, medical practices, and more. We brought all of that experience to Idaho. The systems we built over 8 years, including our proprietary SEO platform April AI, work the same whether the client is in Bellevue or Boise.
But having someone on the ground matters. I am here. I know the market. I know the contractors. I have sat in the same trade association meetings and dealt with the same permit offices. When you call our Idaho office, you are talking to someone who understands your business because they run one too.
What We Have Seen So Far
Since opening the Eagle office, the pattern has been consistent. Idaho businesses that invest in professional digital marketing see results faster than their Seattle counterparts. The competition for online visibility is still catching up. Businesses that move now are building a lead that will be much harder to close in two or three years.
We are working with Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Star, and Nampa businesses across multiple industries. The conversations I have with Idaho business owners are the same ones I had in Seattle six years ago, before the market got saturated. That is not a coincidence. That is an opportunity.
The Honest Version
I am not going to tell you that every business in Idaho needs a marketing agency. Some businesses are doing fine on referrals alone. Some are not ready for the volume that good marketing generates.
But if you are a service business doing $500K to $5M in revenue, you are growing, and you want to grow faster without guessing, that is where we fit. We will show you the numbers. We will explain what we are doing and why. And if something is not working, we will tell you before you have to ask.
That is how we built Integrity in Kirkland. That is how we are building it in Idaho.
"I know what it is like to run a construction company and wonder if your marketing is working. That is why we built this agency. So business owners get straight answers and real results." - Zach Freimark, Co-Founder

Frequently Asked Questions
Why did Integrity Marketing choose Eagle instead of Boise for the Idaho office?
Our co-founder Zach Freimark lives and runs his construction company in Eagle. Having the office where the founder is based means clients get direct access, not a satellite office with a part-time presence. We serve Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and the entire Treasure Valley from the Eagle location.
Can I meet with someone in person at the Eagle office?
Yes. Zach is based in Eagle full-time. In-person meetings, strategy sessions, and account reviews are all available at 834 E Winding Creek Dr #103, Eagle, ID 83616. You can also call the Idaho line directly at (208) 645-8668.
How is Integrity different from other Boise marketing agencies?
We bring 8 years of experience from the Seattle market, where competition is significantly higher. Our team has managed over 100 client accounts, and our co-founder in Idaho actually runs a service business here. We are not guessing about what works for contractors and service companies. We have done it hundreds of times.
Do you only work with construction and home service companies in Idaho?
No. While our co-founder's background is in construction, we work with medical practices, professional services, and other local businesses across the Treasure Valley. Our process and systems work for any service business that generates leads online.
What does it cost to work with Integrity Marketing in Idaho?
SEO starts at $1,500 per month. Google Ads management starts at $500 per month plus ad spend. Web design projects start at $5,000. All pricing is published at integritymarketing.biz/pricing. No hidden fees, no long-term lock-ins after the initial commitment.
