The objective

Rebrand Eastside Kitchen & Bath's online presence to match the quality of their remodeling work. The old website did not showcase their projects effectively, and homeowners comparing remodelers on the Eastside were choosing competitors with stronger visual portfolios. The goal was a portfolio-first website that lets the work speak for itself, backed by SEO that captures Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond remodeling searches.

The challenge

The existing website felt outdated and failed to represent their quality standards. Project photos were small, hard to find, and lacked the detail that homeowners spending $80K or more on a kitchen remodel want to see. The site had no location-specific pages, so it was invisible for neighborhood-level searches like "kitchen remodel Bellevue" or "bathroom renovation Kirkland." Google Ads were running but landing on the homepage instead of dedicated service pages, driving up cost per lead.

Our approach

Built a portfolio-first website where high-resolution project galleries are the centerpiece. Each project page includes before-and-after photos, scope of work, neighborhood, and project timeline. Created dedicated service pages for kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, and whole-house renovations, each optimized for Eastside-specific keywords. Added Matterport 3D virtual tours so homeowners can walk through completed projects from their phone. Google Ads campaigns were restructured with dedicated landing pages for each service type, cutting cost per lead in half.
