Vivian Liu is the Web Designer at Integrity Marketing Services. She designs every website the agency builds. Layout, typography, color, spacing, the full visual experience. Her job is to make sites that look great and actually work. If a visitor lands on an Integrity-built site and picks up the phone, Vivian's design played a big part.

Vivian owns the design process from wireframe to final mockup. She works with clients to understand their business, their customers, and what the site needs to accomplish. Then she designs something that fits.
Every project starts mobile-first. More than half of web traffic comes from phones, and for home service businesses that number is even higher. Vivian designs for the small screen first, then scales up to desktop. That means every element earns its place.
She works closely with Matt White, the agency's developer, on every project. That partnership means designs translate cleanly into code. No surprises at launch. What clients approve in the mockup is what they get in the browser.

Day-to-Day
Vivian's work covers the full design lifecycle. On a typical day, she might be:
Wireframing new client sites based on business goals and target audience
Designing page layouts that guide visitors toward the actions that matter most
Building responsive designs that work across every screen size
Presenting designs to clients with clear reasoning behind each decision
Iterating based on feedback and performance data from live sites
Handing off finalized designs to development with detailed specs
She coordinates with the SEO and content teams to make sure design decisions support search performance. A site that looks good but ignores how people actually find it is a missed opportunity.

That means clean layouts, obvious calls to action, and nothing that exists just to look impressive. A beautiful website that does not convert is a liability. Vivian makes sure the sites she designs do both.
